Legal
Last updated 19 August 2026.
This policy explains how Strictly Fresh collects and uses your personal data, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We share the minimum necessary data with the suppliers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database host), Resend (order and delivery emails), and, where enabled, Meta (advertising). We do not sell your personal data.
We keep order records for as long as needed to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and account data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, subject to what we are legally required to retain.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
We use essential cookies to run the site (including your basket). The Meta Pixel, which helps us measure how well our advertising performs, only ever runs after you accept it in the cookie banner - choose "No thanks" and it never loads, not even in the background. You can change your answer at any time by clearing this site's local storage, or control cookies generally through your browser settings.
If you sign up to Market Notes in the footer, we will email you seasonal produce updates - never more than a few times a month. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to remove you at any time. This is separate from order and delivery emails, which you cannot opt out of while you have an active order or subscription.
Questions about your data can be sent to hello@strictlyfresh.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
