YOU ORDER.
Postcode, box or build-your-own, cutoff 11pm. The kitchen's shut, the site isn't - your order goes in and tomorrow is booked.
Our story
Long before most of London is awake, the wholesale market is already loud. Pallets of produce arrive through the night, buyers move fast, and the best of what has come in that morning is gone within the hour. This is where Strictly Fresh starts every single day.
Here is what that actually looks like, hour by hour - scroll on and follow one order through the night, from the moment you place it to the moment it is on the van.

The market
Our buyers are already walking the wholesale market - the same stalls 250+ London restaurants are fed from, every morning.
03
The pick
Nothing pre-boxed, nothing pulled off a shelf. Every crate is chosen by hand for what's genuinely best that morning.
04

Packed
Your order is built the same morning it's picked - counted, checked, packed while it's still cold from the market.

The run
The van's already loaded and on the road before most of London's alarm goes off. Free delivery, always.
See if we deliver to youWho is behind it
Our team has spent years on the wholesale side of this trade, feeding more than 250 restaurants, hotels and caterers across London. Chefs are the hardest customers in food - they do not tolerate produce a day past its best, and they can tell at a glance. Picked at its peak, delivered fast, consistent every single morning: that is the standard our name was built on, and it is the only standard we know.
Strictly Fresh points all of that at your kitchen instead. The same buyers, the same handshakes at the market, the same 4am alarm - working for your fridge. When you order, you are drawing from the exact stock the professionals cook with that night, not a separate, lesser supply chain built for retail.
We do not chase a fixed list of the same ten vegetables every week either. What goes into your box flexes with what is genuinely best at market that day - because that is how the produce world actually works, and because it means you get to eat what is actually in season, not what is easiest to warehouse. Alongside the everyday fruit and veg, our Bazaar range brings in the world produce - methi, tindora, karela, curry leaves and more - that supermarkets rarely get right, sourced from the same stalls London's best world kitchens buy from.
No stock cupboard. No warehouse ageing. No compromise. Strictly fresh. Nothing else.
